The free plan includes 1 timeline, 100MB of storage, and 20 AI credits per month. You can invite up to 5 viewers (members who can view the canvas but cannot edit). AI photo enhancement is available 3 times per month, or unlimited on the Starter plan and above.
Yes. Invited members can join timelines on the Free plan and participate in viewing and editing. AI features like photo enhancement consume the invited member's own credit balance.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use highly reliable cloud infrastructure for our database and storage.
After cancellation, you can continue using paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account automatically switches to the Free plan. Your data is never deleted, but if your storage exceeds the Free plan limit (100MB), you won't be able to upload new photos or videos. A 30-day grace period is provided to organize your data.
AI credits are points consumed by AI features such as the AI assistant and photo enhancement. They reset monthly, and you can also purchase additional credits.
Yes. If you're on the Starter or Pro plan and haven't accessed any of your timelines at all during a billing period, your next invoice will be discounted by 30%. The stories woven into Narravie are yours to treasure for years to come — this discount is our way of keeping your memories close, even through life's busier or quieter seasons. Note that simply opening and viewing your timeline counts as activity, so the discount applies only when you haven't logged in at all. Any activity by invited members on your shared timelines — including viewing — also counts.
On the PC canvas, events, memos, and time capsules sync in real time between collaborators. On the mobile version, the latest changes are reflected when you refresh the page. Sync timing may vary depending on your network conditions and device.
